• Provide Sexual Reproductive Health (SRH) information;

• Provide services on HIV pre-testing and post-testing counselling and ARV treatment, family planning, pregnancy testing, ante-natal care and post-natal care;

• Conduct awareness on youth and child rights;

• Provide psycho-social support services;

• Integrate and educate youth on gender issues through various programmes;

• Organise work camp and youth exchange activities;

• Provide affordable hostelling services to both local and international youth;

• Conduct research and provide information on the impact of youth development programmes;

• Disseminate information and maintain database on youth development programmes; and

• Facilitate and coordinate resources.
