• Create awareness on youth training and employment opportunities;

• Process application forms for training and provide feedback to applicants;

• Enrol youth to understand basic (technical and non-technical) youth skills training;

• Provide basic short courses at multi - purpose youth resource centres;

• Manage and administer youth skills training centres;

• Sensitise youth on the existence of the Youth Entrepreneurship Programs;

• Provide career guidance and business exposure;

• Advice youth on community economic programs and prdojects identification;

• Provide guidance on establishing rural youth clubs;

• Source resources for rural youth income generating projects;

• Conduct tracer study on graduates from youth skills training centres;

• Provide education and expose youth on environment conservation (natural resources);

• Coordinate access to resources for the youth to establish or expand their businesses; and

• Monitor and evaluate the progress of business established or expanded and provide support.
