• Facilitate the participation of marginalised people (including people with disabilities) and women in sport;

• Promote equality and diversity for marginalised people (including persons with disabilities) and women in sport;

• Ensure that sport facilities are disability friendly;

• Carry out research and reviews policy to design better programmes and projects for the targeted groups; and

• Ensure that all stakeholders adhere to all national and international legal framework.
