The Namibian Sports Directorate (under the Ministry of Education, Innovation, Youth, Sports, Arts & Culture) and the Namibia Sports Commission (NSC) work together to develop, manage, and promote sport by coordinating federations, managing funds, developing infrastructure, fostering grassroots sports, ensuring fair play, and supporting national teams and events, with goals of increasing participation, improving facilities, and empowering athletes for self-reliance and national pride.
